15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us at hello@getariababy.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and we'll work with you to resolve it — with a replacement, store credit, or a refund. Unused items in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund; we may ask you to return the item before a refund is issued, with return shipping paid by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items Always covered, at no cost to you. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us with your order number and a quick photo (for damaged items) — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No return required.

How Refunds Work Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Fair Use The satisfaction guarantee covers one claim per order, on unused items only. We reserve the right to decline requests that show signs of misuse of this policy.
